FOUNDER & PSYCHIATRIC MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER

With over eight years of experience in mental health and behavioral healthcare, Aliyah Hurling is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of ThriveWell Health Co. Her passion for mental health goes beyond her profession. She genuinely enjoys helping people feel heard, understood and supported through life's challenges.

Throughout her career, Aliyah has worked with individuals from all walks of life across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics and community based mental health settings. These experiences have shaped her approach to care and reinforced her belief that no two people are the same, and their mental health treatment shouldn't be either.

Aliyah provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma related conditions and other mental health concerns. Her approach combines evidence based treatment with compassion, honesty and open communication. She believes in taking the time to understand each person's experiences and working together to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs and goals.

Aliyah founded ThriveWell Health Co. with a vision of making mental health care feel more personal, welcoming and accessible. She wanted to create a practice where clients feel comfortable being themselves, asking questions and taking an active role in their care without fear of judgment.

Beyond clinical practice, Aliyah is passionate about nursing education and mentorship. As a clinical nursing instructor and preceptor for future Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping students develop the confidence and clinical skills needed to become compassionate healthcare providers.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: everyone deserves to feel heard, respected and supported. Whether someone is just beginning their mental health journey or has been navigating challenges for years, Aliyah strives to meet them where they are and help them move toward meaningful, lasting progress.
